I give it the benefit of the doubt with 4stars but I expected it would have been 5 at first glance just the current mystery on the garbled mp3 without any quick fix it info. I usually have no issue with this type of thing. But it was not an automatic process as I was expecting. will keep at it, i am far too new at this type of gadgetry to make any real negative proclamation at this point. no error messages about damaged files just no good. I have wmp and iTunes and both play the same things on the computer and i have burned discs but this wont play them. I couldn't find any quick answer at the 'knowledge base' nothing in the faqs either. Video and photo need the converter but not the music or radio. I followed the very simple process and they were loaded but did not play at all so that I could understand. I had the problem with the iTunes playing. Overall Review: It looks as if it can be a great deal.

At first try i was unable to make my iTune mp3 play properly, they exported well it seemed easily but were garbled and skipped not one played well but were full length and they seemed to be much bigger in size after transfer.

No little pouch came with it just a little bubble wrap and stuff rattling around in the box and it should have some protection as it looks as if it can scratch easily. The odd size of the unit will make it difficult to find a cover that is not proprietary, and there are not hooks or other devices that will allow you to install a strap. It just seems a bit large of a file for such a small player.

The conversion software converted a 750 mb file that I can view on my 105'' theatre to 555 mb to view on my 2'' screen. Had to download the conversion software from the sansa site.
